Prices in US dollars. Tax is calculated at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel any time. No refunds beyond your statutory rights — the free plan is there so you can decide first.
Questions
Is the free version really free?
Yes, permanently. Translation, the dictionary, pronunciation and saved words cost nothing, need no account, and are not time-limited. Premium adds the AI writing tools on top.
Is there a free trial?
No, because there is a free plan that never expires. You can use the extension for as long as you like before deciding whether the AI tools are worth paying for.
Do you offer refunds?
Not as a general policy — the free plan exists so that you can evaluate the extension before paying, and there are no partial refunds for time left on a period already paid for. Two things are always honoured: the statutory 14-day withdrawal right if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, and any billing error — charged twice, charged after cancelling, or a paid feature that did not work and I could not fix. Email me and I will arrange it. See the Terms for the full wording.
How do I cancel?
Through the customer portal, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Will the price go up?
It may, as features are added. If you are already subscribed, your price does not change.
How is a purchase linked to my browser?
By the email address you pay with — so pay with the address you actually want the licence on. Afterwards, open the extension's settings, type that address, and press Activate. It works on every computer where the extension is installed. Paid with the wrong address? Email me and I will move the licence over.
What data do you collect?
On the free plan, nothing that reaches a server of ours — no login, no analytics, no tracking. The text you select goes to the translation and dictionary services only at the moment you ask for a lookup. If you buy a plan we keep one record: the email you paid with, the plan, and a monthly request count, deleted whenever you ask. The AI actions send your selected text to our model provider. The privacy policy names every party, every retention period, and the two optional triggers that make a double-click or a Shift press the request.
